STAFFeasy is a web-based automated staffing and notification software solution that can be accessed via the Internet 24/7/365. Staffers create events and send personnel work offers or mandatory work assignments in order to staff events. Users can access work assignments, work offers, event notes and general messages via email, text message and the STAFFeasy web site.
STAFFeasy has two staff scheduling processes, a manual process or an automated position filling process. In a manual process Staffers manually select qualified and available staff to fill or offer vacant positions. In an automated position filling process Staffers utilize the Auto-Fill feature. In Auto-Fill, Staffers indicate a date range in order to staff vacancies. STAFFeasy automatically fills or offers vacancies utilizing your business rules. For some organizations, running Auto-Fill significantly reduces the time it takes to find, recruit, and schedule qualified and available staff.
Each employee is given a profile based on skill sets and availability. Equipped with a robust rules engine and vast staff sorting capabilities, STAFFeasy qualifies staff based on event need and staffing preferences. For instance, some popular sorting capabilities include: events requiring best staff, best male staff, previously worked same location, position rotations, balance weekly hours, and more.
Multiple security levels allow users the right amount of system control, in essence the more authority you have within the system the more menu tabs, links and icons you can access. Various reports allow Staffers to manage staff profiles, track actual hours and labor costs, view declined work offers and much more.
